From coaching them to get it right the first time to cleaning up the problems when they don’t, across government, not-for-profit, and private sectors, I've seen something counterintuitive: the conversations we avoid most often define our leadership the most.
I'm Andrea Tunjic, a Senior People and Culture leader and Crucial Conversations certified trainer who has guided hundreds of leaders through the moments that matter.
