About Andrea Tunjic

I help leaders move from carrying the load themselves to building teams that can think and act independently.

I’ve spent over 25 years working at the intersection of people, performance, and pressure - coaching leaders, fixing broken cultures, managing complex HR issues, and navigating the grey areas where technical compliance meets human behaviour.

I’ve sat across from exhausted managers who’ve just been promoted into chaos. I’ve supported executives through restructures, conflict, and crisis. And I’ve seen firsthand what happens when capable people are thrown into leadership without the support to succeed.

That’s why I built Leadership Essentials.

Not from theory. From the real-world patterns I’ve seen again and again:
